Light steel structure

輕型鋼結(jié)構(gòu)就是只用使用主要受力構(gòu)件的截面組成來(lái)進(jìn)行區(qū)分的，我們常見(jiàn)的輕型鋼結(jié)構(gòu)有：

Light steel structures are distinguished only by using the section composition of main stressed members. Our common light steel structures are:

1、由焊接和高頻焊接輕型鋼組成的結(jié)構(gòu)；

1. Structure composed of welded and high frequency welded light steel;

2、由圓管、方管、矩形管等做成的結(jié)構(gòu)；

2. A structure made of round tubes, square tubes, rectangular tubes, etc;

3、由冷彎薄壁型鋼做成的結(jié)構(gòu)；

3. A structure made of cold-formed thin-walled steel sections;

4、由熱軋輕型型鋼做成的結(jié)構(gòu)；

4. Structure made of hot rolled light section steel;

重型鋼結(jié)構(gòu)是沒(méi)有一個(gè)統(tǒng)一的標(biāo)磚的，基本常見(jiàn)的幾種類型有：

There is no unified standard brick for heavy steel structure. The basic common types are:

1、每平米用鋼量：大于等于50kg/m2，可以認(rèn)為是重型鋼結(jié)構(gòu)；

1. Steel consumption per square meter: greater than or equal to 50kg / m2, which can be considered as heavy steel structure;

2、主要構(gòu)件鋼板厚度：大于等于10mm，輕型鋼結(jié)構(gòu)使用較少，一般都是重型鋼結(jié)構(gòu)；

2. Steel plate thickness of main components: greater than or equal to 10mm, light steel structure is rarely used, and generally heavy steel structure;

3、廠房行車起吊重量：大于等于25噸，可以認(rèn)為是重型鋼結(jié)構(gòu)

輕型鋼構(gòu)造主要是用在不接受大載荷的承重修建。選用輕型H型鋼，焊接或軋制，變截面或等截面，做成門(mén)形鋼架支承。壓型鋼板或輕質(zhì)夾芯板作屋面、墻面圍護(hù)構(gòu)造，選用高強(qiáng)螺栓、一般螺栓及自攻螺絲等連接件和密封資料拼裝起來(lái)的低層和多層預(yù)制裝配式鋼構(gòu)造房屋系統(tǒng)。輕鋼構(gòu)造住所構(gòu)造悉數(shù)選用冷彎薄壁鋼構(gòu)件系統(tǒng)構(gòu)成，鋼骨選用超級(jí)防腐高強(qiáng)冷軋鍍鋅板制作，有用防止鋼板在施工和使用過(guò)程中的銹蝕的影響，增加了輕鋼構(gòu)件的使用壽數(shù)。構(gòu)造壽數(shù)可達(dá)一百年，很多的廠房都是由這樣的鋼結(jié)構(gòu)材質(zhì)制作而成。

Light steel structures are mainly used in load-bearing buildings that do not accept large loads. Light H-section steel is selected, welded or rolled, variable section or equal section, and made into portal steel frame support. Profiled steel plate or light sandwich panel is used as roof and wall enclosure structure, and low-rise and multi-storey prefabricated steel building system assembled with high-strength bolts, general bolts, self tapping screws and other connectors and sealing data. The light steel structure is composed of cold-formed thin-walled steel member system, and the steel frame is made of super anti-corrosion high-strength cold-rolled galvanized sheet, which can effectively prevent the influence of corrosion of steel plate during construction and use, and increase the service life of light steel members. The structural life can reach 100 years. Many factories are made of such steel structure materials.
